Hey y'all hey! I'm Sarah. I am the Clayton Homes of Effingham team with the title of your Construction, Service, and Warranties Lead. My job is to make sure all your home needs are met by advising, educating, and scheduling service for your manufactured/modular home from the construction phase all the way through your first year in the home. I work Monday through Friday each week and am available to be reached at my office number of 217-707-6206. I've been told that I've never met a stranger, and it is with that spirit that I hope you take time to come by Clayton Homes of Effingham to meet our Clayton family.
