Meet Sarah Mayberry! Sarah is the newest addition to our Clayton Homes of Effingham team. She is a home consultant and specializes in making your dream vision of a home come to reality. She works with all budgets and dreams.

Sarah grew up in Jasper county, and has two teenage children, Payton & Jordan. With Clayton homes being her final destination, Sarah proudly extends her most nurturing, attentive, and caring efforts with each client, opening doors to their dream home.
